Terms of Service — Your Tech Tito

By using the repair services provided by Your Tech Tito, you agree to the following terms:

1. Diagnostic & Repair Authorization

​

You authorize Your Tech Tito to inspect, diagnose, and perform repairs on your device. You understand that opening or servicing a device may void manufacturer warranty.

2. Non-Repairable Devices

Some devices cannot be repaired due to severe damage, board failure, corrosion, or unavailable components. Diagnostic fees and part orders are non-refundable if repair is not possible.

3. Data Responsibility

​

Customers are responsible for backing up data before service. Your Tech Tito is not liable for any loss of data, files, passwords, accounts, or apps during repair.

​

4. Device Abandonment

​

Devices left unclaimed after 30 days from completion may be considered abandoned and disposed, sold for parts, or recycled to recover costs.

​

5. Turnaround Time

​

Repair times vary depending on parts, complexity, damage, and workload. No guaranteed completion time unless agreed in writing.

6. Payment

​

Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise stated. Deposits for special orders or part sourcing are non-refundable.

Warranty Conditions

​

Warranty is void if:

​

  • The device has been opened, altered or repaired by anyone other than Your Tech Tito

  • The device receives new damage after delivery

  • Liquid, power surge or physical damage occurs post-repair​

​

3. No Refunds on Successful Repairs

​

If the repair is completed successfully, refunds are not provided. Warranty covers re-repair or replacement of defective part only where applicable.

4. Micro-Soldering Disclaimer

​

Board-level repair is delicate and may result in non-function or no-fix outcome due to hidden damage. No warranty on water-damaged or heavily corroded boards.

All devices undergo an initial evaluation to determine the issue before repair. Diagnostic fees may apply if the device is inspected but the repair is declined or not completed due to severe damage or lack of available parts. The customer is responsible for reporting previous repairs or liquid damage, as hidden issues may affect repair success.

We use high-quality parts sourced from trusted suppliers. Warranty covers defects in parts or workmanship only — not physical damage, liquid exposure, power surge, overheating caused by dust or neglect, or tampering after repair. Warranty time varies depending on service and will be stated at delivery. Naturally, no warranty applies if the device is opened or worked on by a third party after repair

Your Tech Tito does not guarantee data retention. Customers are responsible for backing up files before repair, as any service involving motherboard work, OS installation, SSD replacement or power failure may result in data loss. We are not liable for lost files, accounts, photos, or personal information stored on the device.
